Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a human resources strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives. 2. Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management. 3. Lead and manage the human resources team to ensure that the organization's human resources needs are met. 4. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the organization's mission and values. 5. Manage the organization's employee relations, including resolving employee grievances and disputes. 6. Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive work environment. 7. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of human resources programs and activities. 8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in human resources management. 3. Proven track record of successful human resources management. 4. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 6. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex human resources challenges. Preferred Skills: 1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Experience in organizational development and change management. 3. Experience in managing remote teams. 4. Experience with employee engagement and performance management systems. 5. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting. 6. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
